Data Processing (Virtual Panels)

The “Virtual Panel” application for panelboards makes it possible to configure the EMX portal and Modbus registers to display circuits exactly how they are arranged on a panelboard.  This means that each circuit breaker will be depicted as a one-, two- or three-pole circuit along with its pole location(s) on the panelboard. This intuitive depiction makes it easier to identify circuits and their associated power usage. This is a licensed feature that is only enabled on authorized Gateways. The Virtual Panel feature allows Packet Power reading data to be displayed according to its true circuit breaker allocation. The above screen is what will appear on the EMX portal when viewing a Virtual Panel, with a similar display available directly via the Gateway Console.
